I'm not even going to lie, I've been having waaaaay too much fun planning Albert's and my wedding for next spring! I truly don't understand why people think it's so stressful, or why the term bridezilla ever came to be. Planning a wedding is literally planning a party for all of your favorite people in the world! AND you get to wear a stunning dress! What on earth is there to stress about? This should be a fun time, both for you and your (soon to be) spouse!
So, if you're already overwhelmed with all the details of your big day, I invite you to take a deep breath and relax. This is going to be the best day of your life, regardless of which plates you choose to serve your cake on. So remember that. And here are some words of wisdom from someone who has worked in the biz and has now been on the other side of things as a bride-to-be.
Sundays are my favorite day of the week. It's the one day that I don't have to set an alarm and give my energy to anyone other than myself. So, I always like to use this day to relax and recharge before another hectic week. Below are some of my favorite #SelfcareSunday rituals - try some out for yourself! You deserve it.
Let’s be real for a minute: sexy, bikini pics + perfectly posed candids get the most likes on social media...but I’ve always much preferred seeing the messy aspects of other people’s lives (cue: this photo of me eating confetti at a Tori Talks photoshoot) Give me all the funny stories, bloopers, and tough decisions! The digital world needs WAY more of that sh*t and WAY less of daily outfit posts. So, in honor of my upcoming quarter-life crisis birthday, I thought I'd share 25 of the most embarrassing, vulnerable, detailed, and life-changing aspects of my life with you all. Enjoy ;)
As my 25th birthday approaches, I've been more aware than ever of the fact that I am heading toward my mid-20s (gasp!). And I have to say, anyone who says that your college years are the best years of your life is dead wrong. I'm alllllllll about this 20-something life! Having a steady job that you love + benefits, likeminded fabulous friends, a healthy relationship, and everything else that comes along with growing up is freakin' sweet. I'm a huge fan.
However, I will admit that there are some key indicators of "old age" I've noticed as I'm growing up, getting older, and all that jazz. One of which being that my neck has been killing me all day due to a hip-hop routine I decided to bust out in the middle of a bar last night... this body can't move quite like it used to!
Whether you're loving your twenties or still reminiscing on your college days...there's no denying there are definite signs of aging you start to notice as you get older.
You know you're getting old when...
