In case you missed it, I went to Paris, France last week with two of my dearest friends…and it was THE MOST incredible trip of my life. Truly. I’ve been to several European cities, but none compare to the city of Paris. It was the most beautiful, breathtaking, dreamy place I’ve ever been. I’m honestly still reeling from the whole experience. And I can’t wait to go back.
Whether you’re seeking fabulous shopping, cultural events, sexy performances, sight seeing, or the best cuisine you’ll ever devour…this place has exactly what you’re looking for. I’m not kidding - I would never joke about fabulous shopping ;)
Below I’ve outlined some of the BEST experiences I had during my wonderful Eurotrip as well as some travel tips: everything from restaurants, cafes, sights, shopping, shows, and the most efficient ways to get around. Next time you’re in Paris, I HIGHLY recommend giving a few of these a go!!!

Sights Definitely Worth Seeing
This multi-level department store is every girls dream come true. Imagine rows and rows of designer handbags, clothing, shoes, jewelry, etc. Oh yes. And, as you climb higher up the levels, the clothing becomes more affordable! I'm proud to say I only left with a skirt, a dressy tank, and a Le Tanneur handbag that was on sale.
Zara is just my favorite - where else can you get hella affordable clothing for professional young women?! I left with so many great pieces for work and it was all under $80!!!
Parisian street art is simply fabulous. There are so many local vendors selling stunning prints and paintings throughout the city for great prices! Just turn a corner and you'll find one.
In addition to luxurious designer shops, Paris also has a wide variety of adorable little boutiques that won't hurt your wallet. It's hard to tell which ones are pricy vs. reasonable from the outside, so I recommend taking a peek at a price tag inside before you dive in :)
Book Tickets To These Shows
Please don't leave Paris without seeing this iconic show. My friends and I had the time of our lives getting all dressed up, drinking champagne, and watching this magnificent work of art.
If you're uncomfortable with the female body (aka seeing breasts that are not your own) then this is probably not the show for you. However, this sexy cabaret set was one of the biggest highlights of my trip! The dancers are absolutely incredible and their performance quality is unreal. Did you know Beyonce filmed part of her music video for Partition here, too?! Yup. Now you have to go ;)
How To Get Around
Super cheap and super efficient. You can't beat it. It's the best way for getting around the city in a decent amount of time.
For longer treks (like a day trip to another city), you'll need to take the RER. The only difference from the metro is that the RER is above ground.
If you're in a hurry, grab an Uber! Everything is relatively close in Paris, so the price will never be too high.
My girlfriends and I walked an average of 8 miles a day in the city...no joke. Not only is this the most cost effective way to get around, but it's also the most scenic AND you get some exercise in. Boom. Make sure you bring comfy shoes!
My Personal Favorite Experiences
Whether you've never been out of the country or can't even count the number of times on your fingers, experiencing other cultures and learning about the history of a new city is one of the greatest things you can do. It opens your eyes to a whole new perspective of living and being and accepting others. It's truly magical. And it's necessary.
